This dish is a fusion, just like our kid. Salmon marinated in Indian spices for several hours, and then tossed on the grill for 15 minutes. We ate it with a Southwest salad (black beans, corn, rice, quinoa, red peppers, green peppers, and onions). Dinner was so good, our cat joined us at the end. Recipe below...
Mix ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, chili powder, ground black pepper and coriander in a bowl.
Cut slits into each piece of salmon (1/3 of the way through the piece).
Rub marinade all over the salmon like SPF at the beach
Cover and refrigerate until you're ready to grill
Grill the piece of salmon for 15 minutes
Serve with whatever side pleases your taste buds
Also, say hello to our gorgeous cat, Watson. He has been an amazing big brother to our 4 month old. If Mico makes an unusual sound, Watson will walk to his nursery door to check on him and then meow at us to grab our attention.
